Jeff Waldman is a senior HR and Recruitment leader who works
with growing companies focusing on people strategy, employee
engagement, employer branding, technology adoption,
diversity and inclusion, advisory and training. He has held
a number of HR leadership roles and has supported
organizations with scaling and growing their operations.
Jeff is also deeply engaged and connected within the HR
technology space, helping to boost user adoption. He has
advised a number of start-up companies including
Diversity Factor. He is also Founder at
and inaugural organizer at
DisruptHR Toronto. His latest passion project is called
which measures employee sentiment and sense of belonging
within SMB technology companies.

Originally from Vancouver, and currently living in North
Toronto, Jeff has three awesome young boys who he spends his
personal time with. He also coaches his kids’ sports teams
